💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day finance and revenue operations for the world's leading carbon removal registry. You'll build financial models and board-level reports, partnering with leadership on runway planning and fundraising. This is your chance to be the first dedicated finance hire at a high-impact climate startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day finance operations (month-end close, AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll)
• Manage revenue operations (invoicing, billing, collections, revenue recognition)
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and board-level reporting
• Partner with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors to scale processes

📋 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up
• Full-stack finance skills (close books, build models, chase invoices)
• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with carbon credits or climate tech
• Familiarity with FP&A tools (e.g. Adaptive, Anaplan)
