🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor changes in tax legislation focus on Reforma Tributária, Pilar 2 and Transfer Pricing
• Interact with other XP areas to ensure alignment of strategies
• Analyze operations involving securities and support financial transaction structuring
• Review and improve corporate structures for operational and tax cost optimization
• Prepare studies, presentations, and internal reports with tax analysis

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Administração or related fields
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge or interest in Reforma Tributária, Pilar 2 and Transfer Pricing

• Previous experience in Big Four
