You'll drive performance improvement in Moloco's core Ads product through deep understanding of the ads ecosystem. You'll own the multi-year strategy and execution across the ads supply ecosystem, including supply exchange inventory integrations and OpenRTB supply diversification. This role offers the chance to shape a planet-scale machine learning platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own multi-year supply strategy and roadmap for ads ecosystem
• Drive OpenRTB integrations with top-tier third-party supply partners
• Conduct deep-dive analysis and experiments to influence product decisions
• Manage multiple projects and translate analysis into business recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in data science or related fields
• Strong knowledge of statistics including experimental design and hypothesis testing
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL for data manipulation
• Ability to own complex projects end-to-end and manage multiple projects
