🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize and manage project documentation with version control.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Maintain project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost overruns.
• Analyze risks and collaborate with Technical Project Managers to remove roadblocks.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, controls, or management.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours daily.
• Participation in drug and alcohol program required for safety-sensitive position.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or Jira.
• Experience with budget forecasting and cost-benefit analysis.
