💼 About This Role

You'll lead a high-impact cloud engineering team supporting large-scale SaaS infrastructure, shaping cloud architecture and driving operational excellence. You'll work with modern DevOps tooling in a fully remote environment, managing AWS-based environments and optimizing infrastructure costs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers.
• Oversee scalability, reliability, performance, and security of AWS infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize EKS/Kubernetes clusters, networking, and cloud-native services.
• Drive operational excellence via CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and observability systems.
• Partner with finance to manage cloud spending and implement FinOps strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology roles with 5+ years managing cloud infrastructure teams.
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem including EKS, IAM, VPC, RDS.
• Strong hands-on with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Advanced knowledge of GitOps methodologies, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloudflare technologies (WAF, CDN, edge).
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and zero-trust architectures.
