💼 About This Role

You'll lead growth marketing for Cal AI, scaling user acquisition and retention across paid, organic, influencer, and partnership channels. You'll drive strategy and execution to build repeatable growth systems. This is a senior role for shaping the growth engine of a fast-growing consumer app.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own paid advertising strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat
• Develop user acquisition strategies to scale new customer growth
• Improve retention, engagement, and monetization via lifecycle insights
• Analyze campaign performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, and retention

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in growth, paid acquisition, or consumer app marketing
• Proven track record scaling paid advertising spend profitably for a consumer app
• Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads and paid social platforms
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and subscription app economics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate programs
• Prior founder or executive-level growth experience
• Network of growth partners and marketing vendors
