💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale Talos' core transactional finance functions across multiple global entities, owning invoicing, cash application, collections, AP, expenses, payroll, and close. Your impact will drive accuracy, timeliness, and control integrity in a complex digital assets environment. This role offers the chance to build high-performing teams and optimize processes at a leading institutional trading technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage the monthly close calendar across all entities
• Oversee end-to-end invoicing process ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Lead collections efforts and manage AR aging
• Manage full AP cycle including invoice processing and payments

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial operations or accounting
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in multi-entity financial operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. Sage Intacct)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in digital assets strongly preferred
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Experience with expense platforms (e.g. Brex) and payroll systems (e.g. Justworks)
