💼 About This Role

You'll accelerate AI integration into Stripe's Design organization, building custom tools and workflows that transform how designers operate. Your impact will be measured by permanently transforming workflows and making AI the default way of working for the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and document highest-leverage workflow transformations within Design.
• Build custom AI-powered tools, agents, automations tailored to Design workflows.
• Enable designers to build and iterate on their own tools over time.
• Document every tool and pattern so the entire team can reuse them.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in design thinking, product design, or program management.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools or automations that transformed real work.
• Track record of coaching or enabling others to adopt AI tools.
• Deep understanding of Design workflows and ability to translate them into AI solutions.

• Experience with vendor evaluation and procurement.
• Familiarity with Stripe's design systems and tools.
• Background in agentic workflow design or multi-agent systems.
