💼 About This Role

You'll own deployment and activation success for a portfolio of enterprise customers at Writer, the leading enterprise generative AI platform. You'll embed deeply into customer organizations, design activation strategies, and build champion programs that turn AI investment into measurable outcomes. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own deployment and activation success for customer portfolio
• Build advocate networks and power user communities
• Design and lead customized workshops and training sessions
• Refine activation strategies based on customer feedback and data

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years owning activation success and driving adoption outcomes
• Deep experience understanding customer use cases and mapping workflows
• Experience implementing activation strategies like champion programs and dashboards
• Proficiency in scoping and delivering custom AI solutions and demos
