• Hands-on data processing and analytical modeling
• Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, SQL/Python
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Execute capacity planning models for last mile logistics
• Perform daily and monthly manpower and asset planning
• Analyze driver performance and cost data to identify trends
• Maintain workforce planning tools for forecasting accuracy
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for decision-making
