You'll partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into scalable data products embedded in real workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build production-grade data transformations and automated ML pipelines.
• Implement model interpretability frameworks for non-technical stakeholders.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to validate business impact of model deployments.
• Deliver testable, reproducible, documented code using GitLab and best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years industry experience, preferably in Fintech or Payments.
• Deep expertise in Time-Series Forecasting (e.g., Prophet, DeepAR).
• Proficient in Python, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, and Pandas/Polars.

• Experience with cloud explainability services (AWS SageMaker Clarify, GCP Vertex Explainable AI).
