💼 About This Role

You'll lead the underwriting of renewable energy tax credit transactions and develop scalable underwriting processes for a fast-growing clean energy finance platform. You'll partner with developers and internal teams to execute deals and build buyer relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead early review of potential tax credit transactions
• Oversee production of diligence memorandums
• Formulate underwriting policies by credit type
• Conduct risk assessments for credit eligibility

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in financial services or renewable energy
• Strong understanding of Inflation Reduction Act and IRS tax codes
• Detailed knowledge of renewable energy project underwriting
• FINRA SIE, Series 79 and 63 required or willingness to obtain
