You will serve as the insurance industry subject matter expert within the AI Center of Excellence, helping to apply AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience in insurance service environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Insurance Services subject matter expert
• Bring deep understanding of insurance service operations and policyholder journeys
• Advise on AI use cases, journeys, and value
• Connect AI solutions to insurance service realities
• Identify where AI can improve operational efficiency and service quality
