🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI engineering.
• Serve as lead IC mentoring distributed teams.
• Design and build net-new AI capabilities for the cybersecurity platform.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration for AI product integration.
• Oversee MLOps, security, and performance best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years progressive experience in software or ML engineering.
• Track record delivering high-scale production AI/data products.
• Deep expertise in low-latency ML systems and workflows.
• Expert-level Python and cloud-native MLOps (Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in endpoint security or OS concepts.
• Experience with large-scale event processing.
• Proven ability to mentor top-tier AI engineering talent.
