Description

You will drive Klaviyo's growth by outbounding and building relationships with new national, global, and complex partners, including marketing agencies and systems integrators. Your role involves sourcing, activating, and enabling strategic partners, then handing them off to the managed account team. You'll use consultative skills to understand partner business models and position Klaviyo's partner program to align with their goals.

Requirements

  • 8-15+ years of partnerships or sales experience at a marketing technology company
  • Expertise in complex deal cycles and navigating nuanced, matrixed motivations
  • Experience with large partner types: global systems integrators, national agencies, technology providers
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
  • Ability to manage high-volume partner relationships and travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Enterprise Partner Account Managers, and Enterprise Account Executives to identify and activate high-potential partners
  • Research and vet target agencies based on employee count, client type, and platform alliances
  • Create and A/B test outreach messaging to schedule meetings and activate partners
  • Educate partners on Klaviyo's program and train them on tools and enablement resources
  • Surface key business opportunities with hunt partners for the sales team and ensure successful handoff to managed team
