💼 About This Role

You'll join the ArcGIS Hub team to define and prioritize web services that enable in-app and programmatic customer workflows. You'll translate customer needs into actionable user stories and maintain performance dashboards to guide development. This role offers a chance to shape modern cloud-native web services at a leading GIS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer requirements into functional user stories for development
• Create and maintain performance dashboards to evaluate service usage
• Maintain Product Backlog and refine items with the team
• Organize and communicate development and release plans to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Agile software development
• Experience with ArcGIS applications or GIS technology
• Experience with web services and APIs (RESTful, service contracts, versioning)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise-scale or developer-focused products
• Familiarity with Grafana, AWS, Postman, or Playwright
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, TypeScript, or JavaScript
