🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee facility operations including deliveries, inventory, and equipment.
• Drive improvements to KPIs like order picking time and defect rate.
• Train and coach associates on safety and standard work processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment leading a blended workforce.
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and computer usage.
• Ability to work peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends/holidays.
