Your hands-on AI experience will help automate support tasks and improve monitoring. You'll also research new blockchains and DApps to evaluate their impact on our product.

• Ensure stability and availability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure
• Manage pre-production and staging environments for seamless delivery
• Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and post-resolution follow-ups
• Use AI to build tools that automate support tasks and reporting

📋 Requirements

• Support nature mentality with drive to investigate root causes
• Past job experience in supporting applications
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLMs to automate workflows or monitoring
• Blockchain/Web3 technical depth with experience writing/deploying DApps in Solana or EVM

• Practical experience with staking across blockchains
• Knowledge in Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
