You'll provide hands-on care and build meaningful relationships with residents in a vibrant senior living community. Your compassion directly improves residents' health and dignity. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and nail care
• Help with toileting, incontinence care, and changing linens
• Transfer residents safely and obtain help for total lifts
• Respond promptly to call lights and report changes to supervisors

📋 Requirements

• Current GNA certification in Maryland
• Previous experience in healthcare or senior living (preferred but not required)
• Passion for resident-centered care
• Strong teamwork skills

• Previous experience in a senior living setting
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) background
