Description

In this role, you will lead the core electrical hardware, systems, and software development of next-generation medical devices. You'll manage a multi-disciplinary team, own system architecture, and drive integration across hardware and software to deliver reliable, scalable products that transform critical care.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Systems, or Computer Engineering (PhD preferred)
• 10+ years in systems, hardware, and embedded development with 3+ years in director role
• Strong background in Systems Engineering principles and complex system integration
• Deep expertise in Embedded Linux and solid EE foundation with hands-on board design
• MedTech experience highly preferred; experience with EEG data analysis preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and grow Electrical, Systems, and embedded software engineering teams
• Own system-level architecture, requirements generation, and traceability
• Guide software development strategy for next-gen products, including embedded stack and OS-SW
• Lead EE team through full hardware lifecycle from component selection to DFM
• Act as technical bridge between cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive medical device
