💼 About This Role

You'll join a small, agile legal team at a mission-driven company focused on electrification. You'll provide strategic counsel across sales, engineering, and customer support, enabling rapid growth while developing a broad skillset in an entrepreneurial environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
• Advise teams on sales, engineering, and supply chain legal issues
• Develop and manage intellectual property portfolios
• Support contract management processes and administrative tasks

📋 Requirements

• J.D. and active California Bar membership
• 5+ years of legal experience (3+ in U.S. law firm)
• Significant experience negotiating commercial agreements
• Self-starter with ability to work independently

• 2+ years as in-house counsel
• Experience with Ironclad or similar contract management platforms
• Understanding of electricity distribution grid and utility regulation
