Description

You will drive cross-functional programs critical to Anthropic's compute infrastructure strategy, managing internal and external stakeholders to secure and deliver compute capacity for AI development. You'll work with engineering, finance, and partnerships to execute technical roadmaps, support deal structuring, and optimize compute partnerships.

Requirements

• 8-10 years experience in technical program management, business development, or strategic partnerships at technology companies
• Experience structuring strategic customer deals or partnerships in cloud services, semiconductors, or data center infrastructure
• Background in cloud computing, data center infrastructure, or compute/silicon development
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure, compute hardware, and/or silicon development cycles
• Comfort with financial analysis and modeling

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Finance, and external partners for compute initiatives
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reporting for compute infrastructure and partnerships
• Partner with engineering leaders to translate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps
• Support structuring and negotiation of strategic compute deals, including financial modeling and vendor evaluation
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at cloud providers and infrastructure partners
