You'll resolve complex integration issues, analyze system behavior, and improve product usability. This role offers strong exposure to API-driven systems and high-scale SaaS environments.

  • Provide hands-on technical support for API integration and usage
  • Investigate and debug customer-reported issues using diagnostic tools
  • Manage escalations through ticketing systems and communicate with engineering
  • Develop internal tools and scripts to improve support workflows

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical support engineering experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong ability to debug and triage complex software issues
  • Solid understanding of APIs and ability to explain technical concepts
  • Experience writing scripts using APIs and SQL

  • Programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or Ruby
