You'll provide technical support for a usage-based billing platform and serve as a key technical bridge between customers and engineering teams. You'll resolve complex integration issues, analyze system behavior, and improve product usability. This role offers strong exposure to API-driven systems and high-scale SaaS environments.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on technical support for API integration and usage
- Investigate and debug customer-reported issues using diagnostic tools
- Manage escalations through ticketing systems and communicate with engineering
- Develop internal tools and scripts to improve support workflows
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of technical support engineering experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong ability to debug and triage complex software issues
- Solid understanding of APIs and ability to explain technical concepts
- Experience writing scripts using APIs and SQL

- Programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or Ruby
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or startup environments
- Prior experience creating technical documentation
