You'll lead development of high-impact scientific communications for Rare Disease and specialized therapeutic areas, overseeing strategic medical education initiatives. You'll ensure delivery of accurate, evidence-based content for diverse healthcare audiences while mentoring scientific staff and managing complex projects from strategy through execution. This role offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work within the US.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead planning and scientific oversight of medical communication programs.
- Oversee creation of advisory boards, speaker programs, slide decks, and publications.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, clinical relevance, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and budgets.
π Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent).
- 5+ years in medical communications or medical education.
- Experience developing promotional medical education content (advisory boards, speaker programs, slide decks).
- Expertise in interpreting complex clinical data for healthcare audiences.
