Description

You will provide in-home occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients, helping them regain independence and safely navigate daily routines. Expect a flexible schedule, consistent patient volume, and strong team support.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR systems)
• Experience with adult/geriatric home health preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult/geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
