📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing leadership experience at SaaS or HR tech.
• Track record designing integrated marketing strategies driving growth.
• Experience with performance marketing and experimentation frameworks.
• Data-driven mindset with fluency in CRM and analytics tools.

• Experience in global HR tech, payroll, EOR/PEO, or fintech.
