💼 About This Role

You'll join Glacier's founding sales team to drive complex deals and build the sales playbook from scratch. You'll develop customer relationships, shape strategy, and help scale a Series A startup tackling recycling with custom sorting robots and AI analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to close
• Develop strategic account plans to meet revenue targets
• Create compelling presentations, demos, and proposals
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as an Account Executive with quota attainment
• Experience at an early-stage startup (<50 employees) or in hardware/capital equipment sales
• Proven success managing long-cycle, relationship-driven deals
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing
• Technical understanding of robotics or automation
• Experience in recycling/waste industry
