🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end influencer marketing strategy for profitable growth
• Identify, acquire, and nurture long-term creator partnerships
• Manage campaign planning, negotiation, execution, and reporting
• Analyze KPIs and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience in performance-focused influencer marketing
• Strong existing network of influencers and creators
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing tools like Storyclash or Linkster
• Fluent German and strong English communication skills

• Experience in e-commerce or consumer brand environment
