You'll support Guild's Finance organization by implementing AI-powered workflow automations and providing hands-on finance operations support. You'll gain exposure to real-world financial operations and AI tooling, helping move core tasks toward meaningful automation. Work at the intersection of finance and emerging technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map accounting workflows and identify automation candidates.
• Implement automations using Claude and AI tools.
• Code and process vendor invoices in NetSuite.
• Support month-end close activities.

📋 Requirements

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred.
• Prior coursework or internship in accounting or finance.
