Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic PC and computer proficiency required

- Provide essential services and administrative support to future and current field employees
- Ensure all field employee onboarding, compliance, and personnel file processes are completed efficiently and accurately
- Manage high-volume administrative and reporting workflows related to employee onboarding, retention, and experience
- Serve as a welcoming, service-oriented resource for field employees by triaging needs and resolving inquiries
- Lead and support employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives
