Description

You will manage high-performance TEM and FIB equipment in an R&D lab, collaborating with the team to collect and analyze data, maintain equipment, and improve analysis performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's or PhD preferred
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with FIB tools for semiconductor analysis
• Fluency in Japanese and business-level English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of semiconductor processing and device fabrication

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain FIB systems for semiconductor analysis
• Support TEM tasks including sample preparation and basic operation
• Create and document Best Known Methods (BKMs) and production-ready recipes
• Maintain lab cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with process engineers to interpret data and improve performance
