💼 About This Role

You'll execute Sofar's GTM strategy for hardware and services sales to commercial accounts in the UK and EU. You'll source and win transactional and strategic sales while collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with market demand. This role offers the opportunity to represent Sofar at industry events and shape product roadmap through customer feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Source and win transactional hardware and services sales
  • Team with internal SMEs to target larger strategic opportunities
  • Influence product roadmap with customer and market feedback
  • Manage channel sales partners to develop business in new regions

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ year history of exceeding revenue targets in technical hardware sales
  • Familiarity with scientific instrumentation from sales or field experience
  • Ability to grow and manage a sales pipeline of both transactional and complex sales
  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Experience presenting highly configurable products as integrated platforms
