💼 About This Role

You'll support [solidcore]'s Workday implementation as the HRIS Analyst, partnering with HR, Finance, and IT to configure and optimize the system. Your work will impact how we manage employee data, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Workday system administrator managing configurations and user access.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Serve as primary HRIS liaison for cross-functional teams.
• Support Workday implementation through configuration, testing, and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Workday HCM Core experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics or related role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience training end users on Workday functionality.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Namely HR system.
• Experience with MindBody Online (MBO).
