Description

You will manage production flow and scheduling at our distribution center, ensuring product quality and on-time shipping. You'll use data to drive efficiency, minimize errors, and coordinate with the operations team to maintain safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related management work experience
• 2-3 years of experience managing production in fulfillment/distribution center, preferably food & beverage
• Quantitative and analytical experience with MS Excel and G-Suite
• Leadership skills to guide production lines
• Time management and proactive problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Create weekly production documents for receiving, staging, production, and shipping
• Monitor production plan, start-times, and dismissal times
• Maintain high standards of GMP and housekeeping for safe work environment
• Conduct daily 5S, process, and facility readiness checks
• Review customer error calls to track quality and pick metrics
