Description

You will lead member care in a fully virtual environment, providing evidence-based treatment for substance use and mental health disorders. Collaborate with a care team to conduct telehealth evaluations, prescribe medications, and document care, while receiving training in our treatment approach.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Illinois
• Minimum 2 years experience (addiction or mental health preferred)
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• Strong assessment and management of complex mental health conditions

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Provide care for both substance use and mental health conditions
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and respond to member questions
• Complete timely documentation in EHR (Healthie)
• Collaborate with care team and participate in scheduled team meetings
