You'll provide technical support and guidance to customers using Scality's data storage solutions, working with open-source stacks like Linux, Kubernetes, and Docker. You'll help solve complex challenges, contribute to R&D projects, and ensure customers get the most out of their platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Help customers with technical and functional challenges
  • Dive into several OpenSource stacks
  • Partake in R&D projects at various stages
  • Prove new and disruptive solutions

📋 Requirements

  • Linux system administration (4+ years)
  • Shell or Python scripting skills
  • Management of large distributed environments
  • Full English proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Redis, MongoDB, SaltStack, Ansible, or S3
  • Experience with networking, NAS/SAN, load-balancing, web services, SMB
  • Ability to work in a distributed team
