You'll provide technical support and guidance to customers using Scality's data storage solutions, working with open-source stacks like Linux, Kubernetes, and Docker. You'll help solve complex challenges, contribute to R&D projects, and ensure customers get the most out of their platforms.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Help customers with technical and functional challenges
- Dive into several OpenSource stacks
- Partake in R&D projects at various stages
- Prove new and disruptive solutions
📋 Requirements
- Linux system administration (4+ years)
- Shell or Python scripting skills
- Management of large distributed environments
- Full English proficiency
✨ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Redis, MongoDB, SaltStack, Ansible, or S3
- Experience with networking, NAS/SAN, load-balancing, web services, SMB
- Ability to work in a distributed team
