You will lead benefits procurement, administration, and renewals for the APAC region, ensuring competitive and compliant benefits programs. You will manage vendor relationships, design supplemental benefits tailored to local needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead benefits procurement, administration, and renewals for APAC including health, retirement, and other programs
  • Manage day-to-day vendor, broker, and partner relationships; negotiate renewals, SLAs, and pricing
  • Research, design, and launch supplemental benefits tailored to local needs
  • Serve as regional benefits subject matter expert, supporting internal teams and client inquiries
  • Develop country-level benefit summaries, communications, and enrollment guides
