You will manage vendor relationships, design supplemental benefits tailored to local needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits procurement, administration, and renewals for APAC including health, retirement, and other programs
• Manage day-to-day vendor, broker, and partner relationships; negotiate renewals, SLAs, and pricing
• Research, design, and launch supplemental benefits tailored to local needs
• Serve as regional benefits subject matter expert, supporting internal teams and client inquiries
• Develop country-level benefit summaries, communications, and enrollment guides
