📋 Requirements

• 15+ years experience in materials planning or supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
• Experience leading and scaling teams of Materials Program Managers.
• Deep expertise in Clear-to-Build (CTB) processes.

• MBA is a plus.
• SQL, dashboards, or automation tools preferred.
