You'll join a fast-growing fintech company leading the direct indexing segment. You'll generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting and support the sales team with demos and pipeline management, working hybrid in NYC and collaborating across teams to refine sales strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and pipeline activity
• Follow up on inbound leads and nurture early-stage opportunities
• Provide demos of Syntax Direct to prospects

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of successful sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)
• Basic understanding of core investment management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT or Canva
