• Lead functional work streams on Workday implementation projects
• Architect Workday solutioning ensuring cross-functional cohesion

📋 Requirements

• Existing and up-to-date Workday HCM Partner Certification
• 4+ years of consulting experience in a Lead role
• 2+ years hands-on Workday HCM implementation leadership
• Experience managing cross-functional teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior Federal HR experience
• 3+ years implementing Workday as certified implementer
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar cloud ERP
