This role combines strong marketing instincts with the ability to quickly build and ship growth experiments using AI-powered tools, operating with high autonomy from idea to learning.

Requirements

• 6+ years building or scaling growth in a high-growth tech or AI company focused on SMB
• Strong marketer
• Strong vibe coder
• Experiment-obsessed and data-driven
• Scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity
• Autonomous with proactive transparency

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth targets for SMB
• Find where demand lives and build assets that capture it
• Analyze the end to end user journey and launch and run high-velocity growth experiments
• Vibe-code production-ready growth assets
• Analyze, iterate, and scale winners
