You'll orchestrate post-sales motions like QBRs and renewals, ensuring customers realize full value from their investment.   • Manage account health and drive customer retention and growth
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams
  • Conduct QBRs, adoption assessments, and manage renewals

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience at a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company
  • Experience in full commercial negotiations and technical escalations
  • Experience with networking or security software solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with routing (BGP, EIGRP), SD-WAN, firewalls
  • Knowledge of identity management (SSO, SAML, LDAP)
  • Familiarity with threat protection mechanisms (IPS, AM)
