You'll serve as a trusted advisor to top customers at Cato Networks, driving adoption and expansion of our SASE platform. You'll orchestrate post-sales motions like QBRs and renewals, ensuring customers realize full value from their investment. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage account health and drive customer retention and growth
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams
- Conduct QBRs, adoption assessments, and manage renewals
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience at a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company
- Experience in full commercial negotiations and technical escalations
- Experience with networking or security software solutions
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
โจ Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with routing (BGP, EIGRP), SD-WAN, firewalls
- Knowledge of identity management (SSO, SAML, LDAP)
- Familiarity with threat protection mechanisms (IPS, AM)
