As a Staff Engineer, you will own core backend services and pipelines for fleet safety solutions, collaborating with a talented team to shape large-scale distributed systems that process billions of events per day, impacting driver safety and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 6–9+ years of relevant backend/distributed systems engineering experience
• ~3–4 years at Senior or Staff level
• Expertise in high-volume video, sensor, and telematics data ingestion

Responsibilities

• Own core backend services and pipelines for NELD (Native ELD) and Ingestion
• Collaborate closely with adjacent domain teams
• Shape large-scale distributed systems processing billions of events per day
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on ownership
