Description

You will configure, manage, and support Epic clinical applications for healthcare clients, handling support tickets, performing routine build, participating in on-call rotation, and working on special projects like Epic Upgrades. Your role ensures smooth EHR operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Active Epic Inpatient (ClinDoc) certification
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience
• Strong customer service drive and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Ability to troubleshoot tickets, manage projects, and critically think
• Knowledge of healthcare policies, information systems, and Microsoft products

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary analyst on routine maintenance, build, and configuration in Epic
• Collect, document, and resolve client trouble tickets and requests
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
• Lead application build for Epic Upgrades including Nova Note review/build and testing
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and coordinate solutions with other teams
