💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle activities for SumUp's Italy People Operations team in Milan. You'll help ensure payroll processes run accurately while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Update and archive employment contracts and employee documentation
• Assist with onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding processes
• Manage employee benefits administration including meal vouchers
• Collect and validate payroll-related input data for monthly payroll

📋 Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed studies in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent Italian and English
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous internship or admin experience in HR, payroll, or people operations
• Interest in payroll, HR systems, or process improvement
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
