You'll lead the global payments and fraud prevention strategy for AXS, shaping product roadmap priorities and informing key commercial decisions. Your work will directly drive authorization rates, cost efficiency, and fraud reduction for millions of fans worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to position payments and fraud as growth drivers in a high-scale ticketing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global payments and fraud prevention strategy for AXS.
• Oversee payment and fraud costs and drive data strategy for actionable insights.
• Manage payment provider accounts, including access controls and configuration.
• Optimize KPIs like authorization rates, fraud incidence, and chargeback recovery.
• Lead a 24/7 global fraud prevention team across North America, Europe, and APAC.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Payments and/or Fraud Prevention leadership roles.
• BA/BS Degree in related field.
• Deep knowledge of global online Payments and Fraud including vendor relationships and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to lead across multiple time zones and geographies.
