You'll lead daily operations and order fulfillment processes in a fast-paced micro-fulfillment center. Your core impact is ensuring accurate, efficient delivery to customers while coaching and motivating your team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Pack orders and receive inbound inventory during low volume periods
• Quarterback and direct all associate activities during the shift
• Oversee execution of all facility operations and delivery processes
• Develop and train new associates within site and kitchen

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of internal Gopuff experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
• 1+ years of experience in improving processes and efficiencies
• Ability to work during peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends
