You'll lead conversion and growth of regional brand accounts for influencer marketing campaigns, acting as the primary strategic partner and commercial owner for clients. You'll build and execute strategies to maximize revenue, margin, and share of wallet across a brand portfolio. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated influencer solutions aligned with client objectives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop annual and quarterly strategic account plans for regional brands
• Identify and pitch scalable influencer packages aligned with brand priorities
• Lead commercial and legal negotiations including scope, pricing, and terms
• Translate client brand strategies into influencer marketing roadmaps

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience in a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration
• Strong experience in key account management or enterprise sales in media
• Expertise in digital metrics and campaign execution

• Established relationships with LCS and MM regional brands
• Prior hands-on experience in agency or media sales
• Understanding of influencer marketing principles
