You'll be the gateway for Registered Dietitians joining Nourish, creating an amazing hiring experience from vetting to offer. You'll take full ownership of applicant engagement and improve processes as we grow. This role is pivotal in shaping a high-quality candidate journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as dedicated point of contact for applicants, communicating value prop and policies
• Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups
• Lead outbound recruiting efforts via personalized emails and calls
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to improve funnel conversion

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development
• Hyper-organized and skilled at managing a high-volume process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new processes and assume ownership quickly
