Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience in customer service, warranty processing, or administrative support preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work with a U.S.-based team

- Review and process warranty claim submissions
- Communicate with customers via email to gather additional details
- Collaborate with U.S.-based team for timely claim resolution
- Document claim outcomes, replacement shipments, and feedback in company systems
